Veterans group points to military service, supports political outsider committed to restoring America’s prosperity
LAS VEGAS—Concerned Veterans for America Action (CVA Action) on Wednesday announced its endorsement of Colonel (Ret.) Mark Robertson for election to represent Nevada’s 1st Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Robertson, a retired U.S. Army Reserve Colonel, who dedicated 30 years of military service to his country, will bring a unique perspective to Washington as a political outsider. As a veteran and longtime Nevada resident, Robertson is prepared to fight for a more prosperous nation on behalf of every Nevadan, veteran, service member, and military family member.
CVA Action will lean on a variety of tactics—including its signature grassroots army—to support Robertson’s election to Congress.

Additionally, from firsthand experience on the front lines in Afghanistan and Iraq, he understands the consequences of America’s seemingly endless wars. He is dedicated to reshaping a better American foreign policy, one that does not continue to put our men and women in uniform unnecessarily in harm’s way or squander taxpayer dollars on risky interventions that do little to advance U.S. interests. Further, Robertson’s commitment to curb reckless spending will bring crucial discipline to Washington at a time when runaway inflation impacts veterans and all Americans.
