Largest veterans’ grassroots election group throws weight behind Ohio self-made entrepreneur to revitalize the economy and honor the sacrifices of America’s heroes
Columbus, OH – Concerned Veterans for America Action (CVA Action) announced today support for Bernie Moreno’s bid for the U.S. Senate to represent Ohioans in Washington, D.C.
CVA Action announced last year the organization would be engaging earlier and in more primaries than ever before. Today’s endorsement continues to put that promise into action.
Ian Robinson, CVA Action Senior Advisor in Ohio, had this to say about the endorsement:
“CVA Action is endorsing Bernie Moreno based on his strong approach to revitalizing the economy and fixing America’s broken health care system. Veterans know firsthand how inflexible bureaucracies like the VA regularly fail to provide timely and quality care to those who have served. Mr. Moreno understands the limitations of top-down approaches in health care and would empower patients with more choices while cutting red tape to reduce costs.
Ohioans, veterans, and all Americans deserve a leader like Bernie Moreno who will put citizens ahead of politics, hold bad bureaucrats accountable, rein in reckless spending, and give choice back to the people. CVA Action urges Ohioans to vote for Moreno, a bold voice to represent them in a turbulent Washington.”
