Veterans group points to steadfast principles, outspoken leadership that honors sacrifices of Sunshine State veterans, military communities
TALLAHASSEE, Fla.—Concerned Veterans for America Action (CVA Action) on Thursday announced its endorsement of U.S. Rep. Kat Cammack for reelection to represent Florida’s 3rd Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Cammack’s steadfast leadership and dedication to Floridians is apparent in Washington, supporting much-needed reforms to the Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing on curbing reckless federal spending, and promoting American prosperity now and for future generations. CVA Action will lean on a variety of tactics—including its signature grassroots army—to support her reelection to Congress.
Jimmie T. Smith, CVA Action Advisor for Florida, had this to say about the endorsement:
“In her short time in Congress, Rep. Cammack has distinguished herself as a principled leader dedicated to securing the freedom and liberty our nation’s veterans have fought and sacrificed to defend. From understanding the national security threat posed by more than $30 trillion in debt, and reining in flagrant spending practices in Washington to fighting to expand health care options and accessibility for Sunshine State veterans and all Floridians, she has proven herself as a trusted and dependable champion on the key issues facing the United States and Florida.
“Florida’s veterans and military families need champions like Rep. Cammack to be their steady voice and champion in a turbulent Washington. Concerned Veterans for America Action urges Florida veterans, servicemembers, their families, their neighbors, and all 3rd District voters to reelect Rep. Kat Cammack to represent them in Washington. She is the leader we need, and one Florida deserves.”
CVA Action is dedicated to electing candidates based on their active leadership roles on top policy priorities to improve the lives of our nation’s veterans and all Americans.
