Veterans group points to steadfast principles, outspoken leadership that honors sacrifices of Palmetto State veterans, military communities

CHARLESTON, S.C.—Concerned Veterans for America Action (CVA Action) on Tuesday announced its endorsement of Rep. Nancy Mace for reelection to represent South Carolina’s 1st Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Mace has shown leadership in Washington, supporting much-needed reforms to the Department of Veterans Affairs, refreshing America’s foreign policy, and securing the American prosperity. The organization will lean on a variety of tactics—including its signature grassroots army—to support her reelection to Congress.

Rick Disney, CVA Action Advisor for the Carolinas, had this to say about the endorsement:

“In her short time in Congress, Rep. Mace has distinguished herself as a principled leader dedicated to securing the freedom and liberty she and all our nation’s veterans have fought and sacrificed to defend. From challenging the stale status quo of American foreign policy to fighting to make health care more accessible for Palmetto State veterans and all South Carolinians, she has proven herself as a trusted and dependable champion on the key issues facing the United States and the Palmetto State.

“South Carolina’s veterans and military families need champions like Rep. Mace to be their steady voice in a turbulent Washington. Concerned Veterans for America Action urges South Carolina veterans, active duty servicemembers, their families, their neighbors, and all First District voters to reelect Rep. Nancy Mace to represent them in Washington. She is a leader we need, and one South Carolina deserves.”

CVA Action is dedicated to electing candidates based on their active leadership roles on top policy priorities to improve the lives of our nation’s veterans and all Americans.
